This allows us to confidently stand behind every sealed product we sell so you can feel assured that you’re receiving genuine collectibles in their original condition.
We want to ensure that every collectible you receive is in mint condition. For this reason all sealed items are non-returnable once they have been shipped. This policy helps us maintain the authenticity and value of our products. However, if you receive a sealed item that was mishandled during shipping and arrives with visible damage please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to arrange a suitable solution such as an exchange, refund or replacement depending on the specific issue.
