  • Are your sealed products guaranteed authentic from the manufacturer?
    Yes, we take pride in ensuring that all sealed products we offer are not tampered with and authentic. Our team carefully sources items from reputable distributors and conducts thorough checks before shipping. This allows us to confidently stand behind every sealed product we sell so you can feel assured that you’re receiving genuine collectibles in their original condition.
  • What is your return/refund policy for sealed items?
    We want to ensure that every collectible you receive is in mint condition. For this reason all sealed items are non-returnable once they have been shipped. This policy helps us maintain the authenticity and value of our products. However, if you receive a sealed item that was mishandled during shipping and arrives with visible damage please let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to arrange a suitable solution such as an exchange, refund or replacement depending on the specific issue.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept PayPal and credit/debit card payments through Stripe. During checkout, you can select which option you prefer. If you have any questions or run into any issues with payment please reach out to our customer support team and we’ll be happy to assist!
